How do I calibrate my Precision Xtra Blood Glucose and Ketone Monitoring System?

To ensure accurate results, it is important to calibrate your Precision Xtra meter for each new box of glucose test strips before using them.

To calibrate:

Will my blood glucose results be affected by any of the medications I take?

You may have heard that certain medications can change the results you get from a home glucose meter. However, the Precision Xtra system uses a unique technology called TrueMeasure technology, which minimizes the effects of interfering agents such as aspirin, vitamin C and acetaminophen.* If you ever have specific concerns regarding your readings, you should contact your health care provider.
